After you book:
1. Text us a few photos of the space and your design inspiration to 512-400-4266. We’ll analyze the spatial constraints, infrastructure and possession density.
2. A team member will call you to discuss your vision and goals. This 5-minute pre-consultation call is required. We understand life happens so we’ll proactively reschedule the consultation if we cannot connect – this ensures everyone’s time is respected.
3. Please coordinate with your partner / home manager / designer / builder so they can join the consultation – alignment is critical for us to leverage your time and create a 5-star experience.
4. The transformations we create are customized to provide maximum value. If you’re seeking the lowest cost solution, we invite you to email us so we can connect you with a few trusted alternatives.
We pride ourselves on quality, communication and pricing accuracy. You’ll receive a reminder email a few days prior and a courtesy text when our team is on their way.
Your time is valuable. Most consultations take 1 hour to complete.
By the end of our visit, you’ll know what we need to do to transform your life, how long it will take, when we can complete it by and how much you’ll need to invest to make it happen.
Our done-for-you service is a white-glove, hand’s off experience. Open your door, move your vehicles and we’ll handle the rest!
We use QuickBooks to accept mobile transactions and emailed invoices. This keeps your payment information 100% secure and your experience working with us 100% seamless.
We execute an agreement with all of our clients to ensure you’re clear on payment terms, warranties, insurance coverage and timelines.
