Concierge Cleanouts™
The Concierge Cleanout™ is the garage organizing service we're known for. It includes professional organizing, junk hauling and donation drop-offs. It's the foundational service for existing homeowners with problematic garages. If you have belongings you no longer need that are stealing space in your garage, the Concierge Cleanout™ is the best option.
It requires less than 1 hour of your time and there is no lifting involved.
Based on our obvious trash criteria and proprietary sorting guidelines, we do the work for you.
Most clients eliminate between 50-60% of their belongings - outdated, broken or redundant items they no longer need. You ultimately have the final say on what to keep.
Every Concierge Cleanout™ includes over $300 of FREE services, like a thorough Deep Clean and $100 of handyman repairs, when you schedule your consultation online.

At Koncept Garage, we remain product agnostic, which gives us the flexibility to offer a variety of custom solutions for our clients. With us, you are not stuck with one product line. Every product we spec and install has been vetted by our Founder and trained engineer, Jeff Julia.
Custom Solutions
We take pride in the solutions we design and install for our clients. If you desire a functional garage worth opening and would like the help of a trained professional, a Custom Outfit is a great solution.
Koncept Organize
In addition to our concierge organizing services (which come standard with our Concierge Cleanout™ and Custom Outfits) we offer traditional, done-with-you professional organizing. Designed for those who can afford to dedicate 3+ hours to work alongside one of our trained organizers, this service includes sorting clothing, paperwork and family keepsakes whereas, due to the personal nature of these items, we do not sort for you with our concierge services.
It is an ideal fit if:
- you have 3 to 12 hours of free-time to work with us
- more than 50% of your belongings are clothes, paperwork & family keepsakes
Although this service requires an investment of your time and can be emotionally taxing, our professional organizers are all NAPO* members with access to professional tools, resources and training so you can expect amazing results. Trash removal and donation drop-offs are not included with Koncept Organize but can easily be added.
