A Move-out Cleanout™ is the first part of the Concierge Cleanout™ where we focus on sorting your belongings, relocating what you no longer want, binning the ones you want to keep and giving your garage a deep clean. This occurs at the home you are moving out of.
A Move-in Cleanout™ is at the home you're moving into where we focus on installing garage storage systems and professionally organizing your gear.
Most 1-car garages take us 1 day to complete. Most 2-car and 3-car garages take us 2 days to complete.
In three ways. First, we start every cleanout with a brief kickoff meeting where we'll ask you which items you want to donate or dispose. We'll inform you of our Obvious Trash Criteria to make the smaller decisions for you. Once we have your belongings bulk sorted and staged, we'll lead you on a guided walkthrough them to make any final decisions. In total, we need less than 1 hour of your time.
We hold our real estate partners in high regard. Their clients receive priority scheduling with us. Typically, that equates to same-week availability on Move-out Cleanouts and expedited installations for Move-in Cleanouts.
You'll receive a How To Prepare email prior to the cleanout with specific recommendations. To summarize that email, remove your firearms and ammo, jot down the items you want to say goodbye to and move your vehicles - we'll handle the rest.
