ABOUT THE PROJECT:
When Kari & Will contacted us their vision was simply to organize and beautify the garage. They had no idea we could remove the old utility sink and replace it with a stainless steel dog wash, install new lighting to brighten the garage, cleanout the storage space underneath their back deck and their attic to store their holiday and outdoor furniture or provide enough slatwall and wall shelving so there would be nothing hanging off the ceiling.
We gave their garage a full paint job, coated the concrete floors, demo’d the old overhead ceiling storage and shelving, hauled off the items they no longer wanted and coordinated with their landscape designer who was midway through a pool installation.
They cul de sac was a busy place with two projects happening simultaneously but our streamlined communication and active project mangement ensured neither their nor their neighbors’ driveways or mailboxes were blocked throughout the engagement.
We even brought in their trash bins each week.
Their family of four now comfortably parks two cars in the garage and cancelled their dog grooming service.
Once their backyard is complete, we’ll be finishing off the under deck storage area with new shelving and an infrared sauna that overlooks the greenbelt at the rear of their property.
