Renovations are scheduled 3-6 weeks from the date you place your deposit.

Most renovations take us between 14-21 days to complete and under 1 hour of your time.

We start every garage renovation with a kickoff meeting where we share our Obvious Trash Criteria with you. Once we have your belongings bulk sorted, we'll lead you on a guided walkthrough to make the final decisions. In total, we'll need less than 1 hour of your time to complete this cleanout phase of your renovation.

We'll email you a How to Prepare email with the Job Schedule in advance of the start date. Once the start date arrives, simply open your garage door and move your vehicles - we'll handle the rest.

We're known for our active and clear communication. Pre-renovation, most communication is via email and in-person site visits.

Once work begins, our team sends text updates throughout the day with ETA's, progress updates and notifications.
