Our cleanouts require less than 1 hour of your time so you can come and go as you please. We aim to work around your schedules (including nap times). There is always something we can accomplish.
Our team is prohibited from listening to music or taking phone calls while on your property. If any drilling or demolition is required, the lead organizer will clearly communicate timing and work around your schedule.
Paint and chemicals are considered hazardous waste. Transporting them requires extensive licensing and permitting which makes it cost prohibitive for us to do this for you. However, we localize these items for you and provide you with specific instructions to safely transport them yourself to the City of Austin's Recycle & Reuse Dropoff Center.
The Lead Organizer will give you a guided tour and request your signature on the job completion form.
